Baselane is the perfect tool to manage revenue and expenses across your rental properties. Using your imported transaction data as the foundation (from the Transactions page), the Analytics & Reporting page shows an aggregated summary of your revenue, expenses, and net cash flow across all of your properties.

As a landlord, you want to know a high-level picture of where you stand every month, and we make that easy. Depending on the toggle setting, the chart at the top of the Analytics & Reporting page shows your net cash flow or revenue/expenses by month.

On the bottom half of the page, we show you the breakdown of your cash flow across 4 key buckets:

At the top right of the page, you can filter this data for different time periods (e.g., last 6 months, last 12 months) and different properties (e.g., all properties vs. individual properties). A summary of this view is also shown on the Dashboard page.
