From the Rent Collection tab, when you are initially setting up the Rent Collection terms, you can select ‘Rent Collection Terms’ from the left menu. From there, you have the option to add recurring monthly fees by inputting the amount of the fee and a title for the fee. Fees that you add here will be charged on a monthly basis, as a part of the same invoice that rent is charged.
