Baselane updates transaction data from your linked account(s) four times a day. If the account connection is lost for any reason, you’ll be able to manually refresh your transaction data by going into the Banks & Cards page and clicking on the ‘Re-connect Bank’ button associated with the disconnected account. This will prompt you to re-enter your banking credentials through Plaid. Once you re-enter your credentials, refresh the Banks & Cards page and the account will now be re-connected.
