Late fees are established in your Rent Collection terms and are triggered based on overdue payments. They are added to the overdue invoice. For example, a landlord may establish an automatic $50 late fee if a rent payment is overdue by 5 days or more. To avoid late fees, we suggest enrolling in Auto Pay.
