Your payment may fail to process for a variety of reasons, such as an expired card, insufficient funds, etc. To avoid any additional overdraft fees from your bank, Baselane won’t retry a failed payment; instead, we’ll notify you of the failed payment, and it will be flagged as ‘Failed’ on the Invoices page. From there, you will have to manually reschedule the payment. To do so, go to the invoices page and click the ‘Reschedule payment’ button on the invoice with the failed payment.
