Baselane lets you make payments from your bank account (via ACH bank) or by debit / credit card.
Payments made by debit or credit card incur a 2.99% convenience fee that will be added to your payment.
Payments via ACH may be subject to a $2 convenience fee. Landlords can cover the fee or pass it on to the tenant.
Any applicable convenience fees will be clearly labeled when you schedule payment via Baselane's portal at tenant.baselane.com.
