If you have not yet submitted your application for a Baselane Banking account
To cancel your Draft application, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Baselane Banking tab
Under the ‘Baselane Accounts' heading, select the ‘Discard Draft’ button, to the left of the 'Continue Application' button
If you have already submitted your application and it is in an 'Upload Documents' state
Go to the Baselane Banking tab
Under the ‘Baselane Accounts' heading, select the ‘Delete’ button, to the left of the 'Upload Documents' button
If you have already submitted your application, to close your Baselane Banking account, please contact Baselane Support at [email protected], from Mon-Fri 8 AM - 8 PM EST. Call us at +1 (888) 586-1618 from Mon-Fri 9 AM - 4 PM EST.
