Go to the Baselane Banking page and click on the arrow located on the right side of your Baselane Banking account.
From here, click on the ‘Account Details’ button for the virtual account that you would like to close
Click on the red “Close Virtual Account” button. Note, you may have to scroll down to see this button.
To close a Virtual Account, it must have a zero balance and no pending rent collection or transfers/payments.
