Mobile check deposits are only available by signing into your Baselane account from your mobile phone.
Please note that you must have the check readily available to take a photo (you cannot upload pre-existing photos of checks) and you must endorse the back of the check with βFor remote deposit with Blue Ridge Bank, N.A.β. Checks can be made out to the account holder or the LLC name for the Baselane Banking account.
To deposit a check:
Log in to your Baselane account from a browser on your phone
Go to the Baselane Banking page
Click on the 'Details' button next to your Baselane Banking account
Click on the 'Add Funds' button on the top right, and select 'Mobile Check deposit'
Follow the instructions shown below
Make sure to sign the back of the check and write 'For remote deposit with Blue Ridge Bank, N.A.'
Funds from mobile check deposits are released after 5 business days: please keep a copy of the physical check until you have confirmed it has cleared
