If you’ve been referred to join Baselane by another landlord, you must do the following to receive the $100 bonus: 

Create a free Baselane account by clicking the email link from Baselane or the unique link you receive from the person who referred you

Open a free Baselane Banking account: see <a href="https://help.baselane.com/en/articles/5970853-how-do-i-open-a-baselane-banking-account">here</a>, for information on how to open a Baselane Banking account 

Invite a tenant to pay rent via Baselane, and collect &gt;$500 of rent into a Baselane Banking account within 45 days of creating your account. See <a href="https://help.baselane.com/en/articles/5005695-how-do-i-set-up-rent-collection-to-collect-rent-and-invite-a-tenant">here</a>, for details on how to set up Rent Collection terms and invite your tenants to Baselane

Please note, that to be eligible to receive the $100 bonus, the landlord who referred you also has to collect &gt;$500 of rent into a Baselane Banking account.
