What is the Tax Package?
The Tax Package is a consolidated report of your property financials that can be easily shared with a tax preparer, investing partner, lender, or anyone requesting your financials. Select the period and properties you want to run the report and click download. Two files will be downloaded, a Net Operating Cashflow report (CSV) and a ledger of transactions (CSV). Transaction Attachments will be coming soon.

What transactions and attachments are included?
All transactions tagged to the property you selected and within the specified period will be included in the Tax Package, regardless of whether they have been tagged to a category. Additionally, all attachments for filtered transactions will be included in the report (coming soon).
How do I access my Tax Package?
Your Tax Package will be available on the Analytics & Reporting tab if you select the ‘Tax Package’ button. See image below for reference:
