To maintain the highest level of security, we've implemented two-factor authentication (2FA) as part of the login process for all non-Google SSO logins. Going forward, you will be required to enter an SMS authentication code as part of the login process. The SMS code will be sent to the phone number that you used to secure your account during your account verification process.

Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot common issues with 2FA-OTP:

One-Time Password not received

  1. Pause/remove Adblockers/Firewalls/VPN: We have noticed that certain adblockers or VPNs can prevent a recipient from receiving the OTP.

  2. Resend OTP: Use the platform's option to resend the OTP. This action will prompt the system to generate and send a new OTP to your registered contact.

  3. Try a different Browser or Device: Attempt to log into your account using a different browser or device. This can ensure no browser or device-related issues are preventing the system from accepting the code.

  4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, we recommend contacting our support team directly at [email protected]. Our dedicated support staff will assist you in resolving this matter.

One-Time Password received but not working

  1. Try a different browser or device: Attempt to log into your account using a different browser or device. This can ensure no browser or device-related issues are preventing the system from accepting the code.

  2. Enter the Password manually: Enter the code manually instead of copying and pasting it. This is to ensure you do not copy a space at the start or end of the code.

  3. Contact Support: If the issue persists, we recommend contacting our support team directly at [email protected]. Our dedicated support staff will assist you in resolving this matter.

When contacting support, please provide the following details to expedite the process:

  • Your full name

  • Registered email address and phone number

  • Date and time of the OTP request
