The Business Profile is used when you want your tenants to see a different name, email address, and/or phone number to the ones that are currently associated with your Baselane profile. When setting up Rent Collection terms for a tenant, if a Business Profile is not set up, the tenant will be able to see the information that was used when your Baselane profile was initially created.
How to set up a Business Profile:
Click on your profile name to access the drop-down menu at the top-right of your profile
Click on the 'Profile & Settings' drop-down option
Select the 'Business Profile' header
Once you're on the Business Profile page, you will have the option to update the name, email address, and/or phone number
Select the blue 'Save' button to save your changes
