On the Tenants page, go to your Active tenants. If your tenant has not yet accepted their invite, the status will show ‘Invite Pending’ and from there you can select ‘Resend’ to send your tenant a reminder to join the Baselane tenant platform.

If you need to update your tenant’s email address, select the “three-dot” menu in the top right of the tenant in question, and select ‘Edit’. Return to the main tenant window to resend the invoice.

Please note that you can only update a tenant’s email address until they accept the invite and create an account. Once a tenant accepts your invite and creates their account, it will no longer be possible for you to change their contact information.
