How do I enroll in Auto Pay?
To enroll in Auto Pay, please follow the steps below:
From your main dashboard, select the 'Invoices' header
At the top-right of your screen, select the ‘Enroll in Auto Pay’ button
Follow the steps to enroll
In addition, any time you schedule a one-time payment on a recurring invoice, we’ll provide the option to enroll in Auto Pay for future payments.
How do I change my Auto Pay details?
To change your Auto Pay details for an individual invoice, please follow the steps below:
Go to the ‘Invoices’ page and click ‘Details’ for an upcoming invoice on Auto Pay
In the window that opens, click on ‘Edit Auto Pay Details’
Here you will have the option to change the payment method and the payment date or cancel the Auto Pay series altogether.
To change your Auto Pay details for all invoices, please follow the steps below:
Go to the ‘Invoices’ page and select the blue 'Auto Pay Active' button
In the window that opens, you have the option to either make changes to your existing Auto Pay details or cancel the Auto Pay series altogether
Payment Method: Change the payment method for your Auto Pay
Payment Date: Change the number of days before the due date the Auto Pay will begin the invoice payment
Cancel Auto Pay: Select if you wish to cancel your Auto Pay series altogether
Select the blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to save your changes
