In order to delete a payment method you have added to your account to pay rent as a tenant, please follow these steps:
Login to your account via tenant.baselane.com
Go to the “Payment Methods” tab by clicking on the card icon in the navigation bar
Click on the payment method you would like to delete
Click on the “Delete Payment Method” button from the drawer that opens up
Once your payment method is deleted, Baselane will not be able to process any future invoices to that payment method, unless it is re-added to your account.
