Payments take approximately 2-5 business days to process for payments via ACH (bank-to-bank transfers) and 1-3 days for payments via debit or credit card. Please note that for security purposes, when sending a rent payment for the first time, it will take 5 business days to complete, as the payment goes through our processor's security checkpoints. The following rent payments will be received by your landlord within 2 business days.

When will my payment method be debited?

Your payment method is debited on the day that your payment is scheduled, either when you manually scheduled a one-time invoice or when your Auto Pay is scheduled.
